My Talented Sister!

Not everyone knows how talented my little sis, Amanda, really is, so I thought I would share. This is a song she wrote, sang and recorded. Yeah, she's a superstar! She put the song to some family photos.

Porter Turns One!

So yesterday Porter turned one! We are having Porter's actual birthday party when all the grandparents come to visit in a couple of weeks, but we wanted to do something special for his real birthday.
Porter got a dump truck with mega blocks in it. Too bad I don't have a picture of Charis throwing a fit because daddy wouldn't let her play with the blocks until Porter got to play with them.


Both grandpas got to watch the festivities on Skype (Too bad the grandmas weren't home).

19 Days, 21 Hours Until Disney World!

So we are going to WDW for 7 days with Matt's family! Let me tell you, this trip couldn't be better planned if Walt Disney himself had planned it. Charis is excited, I think, and Porter just about can't wait. He heard something about his food package being free.


So, I took Lauren Tepper's advice and made my own personalized Disney autograph books for all kids going on our family vacation. I got a bit carried away and they more turned into mini scrapbooks.
